Our projects embody the values of inclusion, participation, democracy, equality, anti-racism and cultural diversity. They create spaces in which every voice counts, barriers are broken down and people are included on an equal basis regardless of their origin or background.
Youth Festival Future
The main goal of our project is to provide young people with the skills and knowledge they need to independently design, organize and successfully implement a music festival. This is not just about cultural and artistic aspects - the participants also gain valuable practical experience in the areas of event management, marketing, teamwork and budget planning.
In addition, we are creating a European platform that connects partner organizations from different countries. This platform serves as a space for exchange, collaboration and inspiration to connect young people across borders and promote their vision of a participatory and creative future. By bringing like-minded young people from different cultures together, we strengthen their democratic awareness and their ability to actively participate in shaping their society.

“Interdisciplinary Art Week: Creative Holidays”, which is specially designed for children aged 8 to 14. Our project offers a unique opportunity to discover and develop creative-artistic skills while participants experience an inspiring week full of fun and learning.

The participatory beekeeping for young and old
Learning together from bees. The honey bee shows us, not least of all, how important good social interaction is, because together they are more than the sum of their parts. As a large organism, also called a bee, bees live together and grow beyond their individual abilities through cooperation.

Das Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist die Übersetzung und Anpassung des Buches „Un Elefante, Mil Miradas“, der Website Explorador Rumi sowie der dazugehörigen interdisziplinären Grafiken ins Deutsche. Ziel ist es, dieses einzigartige Bildungsinstrument für deutschsprachige Gemeinschaften zugänglich zu machen und Interdisziplinarität als innovativen Ansatz für Lernen, Forschung und kritisches Denken zu fördern.
Was ist RumiExplora?
Explorador Rumi ist ein multidisziplinäres Projekt, das in Valparaíso, Chile, entstanden ist. Sein Ziel ist es, Wissensbereiche zu organisieren und zu vernetzen, indem es visuelle und methodische Werkzeuge nutzt.

CumbiaLab – Das Labor für lateinamerikanische Pop- und Cumbia-Musik
CumbiaLab ist eine regelmäßig stattfindende Eventreihe, die als kreatives Labor für zeitgenössische lateinamerikanische Musik dient. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Erforschung und Weiterentwicklung der klanglichen Grenzen von Cumbia, Latin Pop und urbanen Rhythmen.
Musiker*innen aus der Berliner Latin- und Popszene kommen hier zusammen, um neue musikalische Wege zu beschreiten, traditionelle Einflüsse mit modernen Sounds zu verbinden und innovative Klangkonzepte zu entwickeln. So entsteht ein Raum für Begegnung, kulturelle Vielfalt und musikalisches Experiment – lebendig, tanzbar und immer überraschend.
Zu jedem Event werden zudem kleine gastronomische Unternehmer*innen aus Berlin eingeladen, die authentische kulinarische Produkte aus wechselnden lateinamerikanischen Ländern präsentieren. So wird jedes CumbiaLab auch zu einer kulturellen Reise durch die Vielfalt Lateinamerikas – mit Musik, Geschmack und Begegnung.
Alle Einnahmen der Veranstaltung fließen in die Bildungsangebote des KulturLab Berlin und fördern kreative Teilhabe und kulturelle Bildung für junge Menschen.
